Terms and conditions

1. The promoter is S4W L.L.C-FZ, trading as YourCalls, licence number 2529741, registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.
2. Free to enter. No purchase is necessary. The PAYG tier carries no monthly fee, so entering costs nothing. A payment method is asked for at sign-up, as it is on every account, but no subscription fee is charged at PAYG.
3. How to enter. Create a new YourCalls account on the PAYG, Growth or Fully Managed tier at dashboard.yourcalls.ai/signup between 00:00 on 22 September 2026 and 23:59 on 31 October 2026, UK time. Signing up is the entry. There is nothing else to do.
4. One entry per business. Accounts created before 22 September 2026 are not entered. Two or more accounts opened by the same business count as a single entry, and accounts opened only to gain extra entries will be disqualified.
5. Who can enter. Entrants must be 18 or over and signing up on behalf of a business. Employees of S4W L.L.C-FZ, and their immediate families, cannot enter.
6. The prize is £100 of Credit, as Credit is defined in the Platform Terms: the balance held in the account which meets usage charges and overage fees. There is one prize and one winner.
7. The draw. One winner is picked at random from all eligible accounts by 7 November 2026.
8. Telling the winner. We email the address on the winning account. The winner has 14 days to reply. If nobody replies in that time, we draw again.
9. Getting the prize. The £100 is added to the winning account’s Credit balance within 14 days of the winner replying.
10. What the prize is not. It cannot be exchanged for cash, it cannot be transferred to another account or another person, and there is no alternative prize. Credit lives in the account: if the account is closed or terminated, whatever is left of it goes with it.
11. Our decisions. The promoter’s decision is final. We may cancel or change this draw if something outside our control makes running it unworkable, and this page will say so if that happens.
12. Your details. We use the details on the account only to run the draw and to tell the winner. What we hold and why is set out in the Privacy Notice.
13. Everything else. Use of YourCalls is governed by the Platform Terms; these rules cover the draw only. Both are governed by English law, and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
